Returns Policy


 

Unwanted Goods

Once ‘unwanted’ goods are delivered to the consumer, the consumer has a 14 calendar day cancellation period. The consumers right to reject starts from the day the delivery is made, and ends on the expiry of 14 calendar days starting from the day after the goods have been received by the consumer.

Please note we do not refund the initial postage charge.

We request that the goods are returned at consumer’s cost to the address at the bottom of this page. The goods must be unused, boxed, in original condition and with your “Artscape” receipt, and must be received back within 14 calendar days from the date of our response to the consumers notice of cancellation. If the goods are not in a re-sellable condition, we will send them back to you at your expense.

Refunds will be made within 14 calendar days or less of receiving the returned item or proof the item has been shipped.

For your peace of mind, please remember to obtain a receipt and ‘proof of posting’ from your Post Office.

Damaged Goods

Provided we are informed within 14 calendar days of receipt, goods damaged in transit will be replaced at no extra charge. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Replacements can only be sent to a postal address within the UK.

A freepost returns address will be provided by email (or post if requested) for the item to be sent back to us before a replacement can be dispatched. Postage costs cannot be covered where items are returned by any other method. Although we wish to replace goods immediately, it is a requirement that they go through our inspection process to ensure that a consistent level of service is given and for this reason our return estimate is receipt within 12 business days of sending.

Faulty Goods

You can return any product to us within a year for an exchange, only if it fails to operate through defects in manufacture or materials. If the goods are no longer made then we will replace it with goods of equal value after consultation. We reserve the right to replace with products slightly from those pictured. Replacements can only be sent to a postal address within the UK.

When paying for the return postage, we recommend that you insure the package via your carrier of choice and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. If appropriate postage is not covered on sending, the item will not arrive at our premises, will not be collected and the return subsequently cannot be processed.

Please allow up to 12 business days for us to receive and process your exchange, and up to 14 calender days to process a refund (if applicable to our terms).
